Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with learning management systems and AV technology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for a broad audience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for faculty in the School of Public Health.
• Assist in building and maintaining course sites each semester.
• Support and develop test banks for quizzes and Panopto video editing.
• Provide Brightspace orientation and one-on-one technical support.
• Coordinate with SPH Liaison to Division of Information Services.
