Responsibilities include troubleshooting, creating self‑help resources, and coordinating with IT and instructional designers to enhance digital learning in a diverse academic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional technology, education, information technology, or related field.
• 2+ years supporting LMS and academic applications.
• Knowledge of online course development, instructional design, and digital pedagogy.
• Strong troubleshooting for LMS issues and multimedia tools.
• Ability to train faculty and students in instructional technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline LMS support for Brightspace, user access, and course setup.
• Assist with LMS course design, content development, and multimedia integration.
• Support third‑party educational tools (Zoom, Panopto, Turnitin, Respondus).
• Create documentation and self‑help resources for LMS use.
• Conduct workshops and one‑on‑one training on LMS best practices.
• Assist with accessibility compliance and remote learning tools.
• Maintain records of support requests and monitor system performance.
