Job summary

Dennis Group is seeking a Learning Specialist to partner with Talent Development and business leaders. You will administer the LMS and UKG Pro Learning and Performance systems, coordinate programs, and enhance learner experiences across the organization.

You will support leadership development, onboarding, compliance, and professional growth while ensuring accurate records and effective system usage. A strong customer service mindset and instructional design awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–5 years in learning administration, talent development, or HR operations.
• Experience with UKG Pro Learning and Performance required.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning programs, onboarding, compliance, and professional development.
• Schedule and manage virtual, instructor-led, and self-paced learning events.
• Administer LMS functionality, reporting, and user access.
• Configure and maintain UKG Pro Learning templates, goals, and performance processes.
• Partner with HR and managers to address development needs and improve processes.
