Job summary

Dennis Group is seeking a Learning Specialist to partner with Talent Development and business leaders. You will administer the LMS and UKG Pro Learning and Performance systems, coordinate programs, and enhance learner experiences across the organization.

You will support leadership development, onboarding, compliance, and professional growth while ensuring accurate records and effective system usage. A strong customer service mindset and instructional design awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–5 years in learning administration, talent development, or HR operations.
• Experience with UKG Pro Learning and Performance required.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning concepts.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Learning Specialist partners with Talent Development and business leaders to deliver impactful learning experiences while administering the organization's LMS and UKG Pro Learning and Performance systems. This role combines program coordination, learner experience management, and learning technology administration.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Program Support

• Coordinate leadership development, onboarding, compliance, and professional development programs.
• Schedule and manage virtual, instructor-led, and self-paced learning events.
• Maintain training records and completion data.

LMS & Learning Technology Administration

• Administer LMS functionality, learner assignments, reporting, and user access.
• Create and maintain learning paths aligned with employee development programs.
• Manage learning content, digital assets, and system updates.

UKG Pro Learning & Performance Administration

• Configure and maintain performance review templates, development plans, and competency models.
• Support goal management and performance calibration activities.
• Assist leaders and employees with performance management system processes.
• Provide support to HRIS System Administrator on maintenance tasks

Stakeholder Support

• Serve as a learning technology subject matter expert.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and managers to address development needs.
• Recommend system enhancements and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in learning administration, talent development, or HR operations.
• Experience with UKG Pro Learning and Performance required.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning concepts.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
