Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Global Learning & Development Learning Innovation Lead to scout, evaluate, and pilot emerging learning technologies that deliver measurable business value. You will partner with HR, Technology, and the AI Center of Excellence to scale successful pilots.

The role focuses on automating and enhancing learning experiences, designing structured pilots, and building business cases for scale while ensuring risk, security, and compliance considerations are integrated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of learning and development, HR, business, or managerial experience.
• Experience evaluating, piloting, or implementing emerging technologies (AI, automation, simulations, or apps).
• Ability to design experiments, define success criteria, and scale or stop based on data.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pilot learning technologies to validate business value and scalability.
• Design structured pilots with hypotheses, success criteria, timelines, and measurement plans.
• Own end-to-end process for evaluating and prioritizing new learning technologies.
• Coordinate risk, security, data privacy, accessibility, and compliance reviews.
• Develop adoption plans and enablement for new technologies to BAU processes.
• Provide updates on the innovation pipeline and pilot outcomes.
