Accenture's Learning Technology practice partners with organizations to design and sustain modern learning ecosystems. You will lead with delivery excellence, running LMS and learning technology workstreams, developing junior talent, and engaging senior stakeholders in high-stakes moments.

Your portfolio spans strategy roadmaps, vendor selection, and full‑cycle platform implementations. This role moves projects from whiteboard to live deployments while aligning clients throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate's Degree, minimum 6 years work experience required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in one or more enterprise LMS platforms (Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Saba, SumTotal) and client-facing consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose client challenges and translate requirements into learning technology strategies.
• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements and guide evaluation processes.
• Advise on learning process best practices in LMS and LXP contexts.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow the LMS project pipeline and craft proposals.
