Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 2 years in a consulting or professional services environment with strong PM skills.
• Minimum of 2 years leading client engagements and managing project teams.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Utilities Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Manage and develop junior practitioners, building capabilities and delivery standards.
• Build strong client relationships, acting as a day-to-day partner.
• Apply structured problem solving to decompose challenges into insights.
• Advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
