Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, minimum 6 years work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client account teams to diagnose business challenges and translate them into learning technology strategies.
• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements and guide evaluation processes.
• Advise clients on learning process best practices for LMS/LXP platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow the LMS project pipeline.
• Craft proposals, configurations, and estimates for LMS/LXP engagements.
• Review LMS designs and provide guidance on complex configurations and integrations.
• Develop deep expertise in at least one learning technology domain (LMS, LXP, learning analytics, AI-enabled learning).
• Coordinate large Learn Tech implementations with globally distributed teams.
