Job summary

You will enhance instructional design, create accessible digital materials, and engage students through effective technology use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, Curriculum and Instruction, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Two years of experience with a university Learning Management System (LMS).
• Three years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and one-on-one coaching on learning technologies (Canvas, Zoom, Kaltura) and accessibility tools.
• Design, develop, and remediate instructional materials to meet accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Create and maintain digital accessibility training resources and guides.
