Job summary

The Learning and Technology Consultant at The Center for Advancing Student Learning (CASL) at UW–Milwaukee works with instructors to integrate Canvas, Zoom, and Kaltura across online, hybrid, and in-person courses. The role enhances instructional design, creates accessible digital materials, and strengthens student engagement.

Responsibilities include training, troubleshooting, accessibility audits, and developing resources for faculty and staff, with CASL serving as the university’s central hub

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Two years of experience with a university Learning Management System (LMS).
• Three years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, or recommends multimedia learning materials.
• Designs, develops, and delivers faculty development programs and activities.
• Provides training and technical support to learners in classrooms, labs, and online settings.
