Job summary

The Center for Advancing Student Learning (CASL) at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee seeks a Teach, Learn, & Tech Spec II to support instructors in integrating educational technologies and improving accessibility. You will enhance instructional design, develop accessible digital materials, and boost student engagement across online and in-person courses.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with a university Learning Management System (LMS).
• Three years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist instructors with Canvas, Zoom, Kaltura and accessibility tools; troubleshoot issues.
• Design and remediate materials meeting WCAG and UDL standards.
• Develop training materials and deliver faculty development sessions.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and workshops on digital accessibility and instructional technology.
• Stay current with accessibility laws and trends in teaching across modalities.
