Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, Curriculum and Instruction, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
  • Two years of experience with a university Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Three years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training and coaching on educational technologies across online, hybrid, and in-person formats.
  • Troubleshoot technology issues and resolve accessibility problems across courses and content.
  • Develop accessible digital materials and instructional resources.
  • Stay current with UDL principles, accessibility regulations, and emerging instructional technology trends.
  • Collaborate on university-wide initiatives to advance teaching and learning.
