Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate for Learning & Development to support back-end operational and logistical elements of our learning programs within the Learning Solutions & Enablement team.

You will coordinate scheduling, communications, materials, and reporting across regions, maintain Learning Portals, and deliver LMS support to ensure a consistent training experience. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1–2 years in HR or training, strong problem-solving,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1–2 years in HR, training or related experience.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to coordinate across regions and stakeholders; 60-minute commute to Irving, TX or Ft. Myers, FL.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, communications, materials, and reporting across regions.
• Maintain Learning Portals and LMS support for all programs.
• Provide front-line customer service to hires, program stakeholders, managers and recruiters.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with Operations leadership to implement.
• Support broader global L&D activities and ensure best practices.
