Job summary

Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School seeks a Learning and Instructional Design Support Specialist I to help deliver high-quality hybrid and online courses, assist faculty with LMS usage, and troubleshoot instructional technologies.

You will provide just-in-time support, create guides, and collaborate with Learning Delivery and Learning Quality units to ensure smooth course preparation, launch, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Two years of LMS experience and faculty support preferred but not required.
• Experience troubleshooting LMS challenges and supporting online learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves faculty and staff LMS and learning technology issues.
• Provides training and guidance through ticketing systems and collaboration tools.
• Tests new applications, updates training materials, and supports course preparation.
• Collects feedback to inform future improvements and learner experiences.
