Job summary

Embry-Riddle is seeking a Learning Support & Development Specialist I in Daytona Beach, FL. You will provide Tier 2 LMS and academic tech support for online courses, assisting students, faculty and staff through multiple channels.

The role emphasizes collaboration with instructional designers, IT teams, and external vendors, troubleshooting third-party tools, and developing knowledge base content. Salary up to $45,000 and strong benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher with IT/CS focus required.
• Experience providing technical, eLearning, or IT support in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to support via multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 LMS and academic tech support across channels.
• Troubleshoot LMS, third-party integration, and teaching tools.
• Assist with course publishing, templates, and QA.
• Document knowledge base and HTML/documentation.
• Analyze Canvas Data to identify course issues.
• Test new educational technologies and automate workflows.
