Job summary

Deloitte Global is seeking a senior product and platform leader to guide learning technology strategy across a global context. You will partner with vendors, manage multi‑vendor ecosystems, and drive roadmap governance while improving learner experience and platform adoption.

Role requires deep knowledge of LMS/LXP ecosystems, strong stakeholder skills, and the ability to translate data into business value for leadership across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, business, learning tech, HR or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years managing enterprise learning platforms, LMS/LXP roadmaps or multi-vendor ecosystems.
• Hands-on with Cornerstone platforms (LMS/EdCast/Learn+); Cornerstone Admin cert preferred.
• Knowledge of learning content libraries and authors such as LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Articulate.
• Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, LTI, APIs and product analytics.
• Working knowledge of Agile processes, backlog inputs and release coordination.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide product strategy and roadmaps; support intake, prioritization and governance with stakeholders.
• Partner with learning ecosystem vendors; assess roadmaps, AI features, releases and impacts.
• Support platform transition and optimization; improve adoption and learner experience.
• Advise stakeholders as SME on capabilities, integrations, risks, and decisions.
• Use AI-enabled insights and learner analytics to inform recommendations and value.
• Support governance and risk mitigation; elevate issues and drive improvements.
• Develop and present roadmap updates, accomplishments, risks, and business value to leadership.
