Job summary

Autodesk seeks a Learning Ecosystem Development Manager to connect Autodesk’s internal learning ecosystem with customer learning. You’ll identify strategic initiatives, align cross-functional teams, and enable self-serve publishing to scale learning across the company and with customers.

You will translate priorities into actionable opportunities for Learning Architecture, Experience Design, platform, and content teams, ensuring a cohesive and discoverable learning ecosystem for Autodesk’s

Qualifications

• Experience in ecosystem development, strategic programs or customer education.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
• Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, communication, and problem solving.
• Background in SaaS, technology, learning platforms or digital ecosystems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify strategic learning opportunities across Autodesk.
• Build relationships with teams creating learning content, experiences, or enablement.
• Connect initiatives and experiences into Autodesk's broader Learning Ecosystem.
• Develop cross-functional learning initiatives linking multiple Autodesk organizations.
• Identify teams and content for shared learning models such as self-serve publishing.
• Enable internal contributors to engage with Customer Learning via pathways, standards, and resources.
• Translate strategic signals into opportunities for Learning Architecture, Experience Design, and platform teams.
• Map the internal learning ecosystem to identify gaps and opportunities for stronger connection.
