Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for the People & Places data and AI-enabled experiences within HR and workplace systems. You will translate ambiguous employee problems into measurable outcomes and collaborate with engineering, experience design, and leadership to deliver impact.

This role emphasizes learning agility, cross-functional partnership, and the transition to a centralized model for decision making.

Qualifications

• Own product strategy and roadmap for a domain portfolio in People & Places.
• Translate ambiguous employee and business problems into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Partner daily with ESE engineering teams and stakeholders to drive from requirements to launch.
• Define and own domain KPIs and dashboards to make performance visible.
• Identify risks and opportunities early and present evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for an assigned PPL domain portfolio, e.g., Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Rewards, Employee Support & Services, or AI-enabled products.
• Drive renewal, divestment, and consolidation decisions with business cases through quarterly reviews.
• Translate problems into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own the experience and intelligence layer atop Workday and other systems of record.
• Collaborate with engineering teams daily to ensure delivery from requirements through launch.
• Apply AI governance tests to ensure data ownership and control and drive responsible AI use.
