thyssenkrupp Materials NA is seeking a Learning & Talent Intern to support day-to-day operations and leadership development initiatives. The role emphasizes organization, proactivity, and hands-on learning across Learning & Development and Talent Management.

Ideal candidates are self-starters who identify improvements, collaborate well, and take initiative beyond assigned tasks while gaining practical experience in a corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technology and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the Learning & Talent inbox, routing inquiries promptly.
• Provide technical and administrative support for virtual learning sessions.
• Prepare participant materials, communications, and training supplies.
• Assist in-person event logistics, including setup, catering, and participant experience.
• Support scheduling, trackers, file organization, data entry, and day-to-day needs.
• Assist Talent Management initiatives and leadership development projects as needed.
• Join team meetings and propose process improvements.
