Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Training and Talent Development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent facilitation, public speaking, and presentation skills; proficient in both in-person and livestream delivery.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and service-oriented environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies into talent and workforce development initiatives.
  • Strong business writing skills for internal and external communication.

Responsibilities

  • Execute cross-site and region Learning & Development operations and initiatives.
  • Develop annual learning and development roadmaps aligned with organizational and business needs.
  • Conduct training needs analysis, vendor evaluation, training effectiveness assessment, training material development, and support the establishment of training committee governance mechanisms.
  • Lead and manage regional learning and development activities and projects, including virtual and in-person program logistics, participant communications, vendor coordination, scheduling, venue arrangements, catering, audio-visual (AV) support, and facilitator management.
  • Support the design and implementation of training and development frameworks, including corporate core competency models and functional learning roadmaps.
  • Utilize LMS, Academy, and other learning management platforms to administer and manage training programs and learning records.
  • Provide effective consultation and solutions for a broad range of learning and talent development issues and cases.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and maintain training records and metrics to ensure program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate HR-related training analysis, audits, and reporting processes to support employee development tracking and compliance requirements.
  • Support leadership in talent planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development initiatives.
  • Partner and collaborate with HR teams to execute company-wide Leadership Development Committee (LDC) and Talent Development Committee (TDC) programs.
  • Perform other Learning and Talent development related duties and assignments as assigned by management.
