Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to join the Communications Learning and Development team in Cincinnati. You will administer the LMS, develop learning paths, and collaborate with SMEs to deliver effective training solutions.

You will design, test, and deploy courses, track learner progress, and support initiatives that align with company goals. Travel within the footprint may be required, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum – 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops instructional materials, facilitator guides, presentations, training videos, tutorials, and other learning resources.
• Supports the design and delivery of learning experiences using a variety of instructional methods (ILT, VILT, e-learning, hybrids).
• Tracks and communicates project progress, learner participation, training completion metrics, and adoption.
