Job summary

Central Piedmont Community College is seeking a Talent Development Facilitator to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that advance faculty and staff capabilities and engagement, supporting student success and community impact.

The role partners with leaders across the college, translating complex challenges into practical training solutions while leveraging technology to modernize talent development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, HR, Business, Instructional Design or related field.
• 2-5 years’ experience in training and development.
• Preferred: Master's degree and professional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Designs and facilitates quality training and development solutions, including blended learning.
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding for faculty and staff.
• Support Employee Engagement through workshops and programs.
• Identify development needs and advise content selection and instructional design.
• Plan, deliver, and review Talent Development offerings for quality.
• Collaborate with teams to design customized training solutions.
• Review data from needs assessments and forecasting of learning needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
