The Talent Development Facilitator plays a critical role in advancing Central Piedmont's mission by developing the talent, capabilities, and engagement of its faculty and staff to support student success and community impact. As a strategic partner to leaders across the institution, this position assesses organizational needs, translates complex challenges into meaningful learning solutions, and drives initiatives that strengthen individual and organizational performance. The Facilitator designs and leads impactful learning experiences that foster collaboration, innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement while aligning with the College's vision and values.
Success in this role requires an exceptional facilitator who can engage diverse audiences, build trust, navigate varying perspectives, and create learning environments that inspire growth and action. Equally important, the ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging technology in innovative and exciting ways to enhance learning, improve organizational effectiveness, and create engaging experiences for faculty and staff. This individual continuously explores emerging tools, trends, and digital solutions, thoughtfully integrating technology to modernize talent development practices and drive meaningful impact across the College.
Through strong partnerships, data-informed decision-making, effective facilitation, and a forward-thinking approach to technology, the Talent Development Facilitator helps ensure the College has the talent and leadership capacity necessary to achieve its strategic goals and future success.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business, Instructional Design or a related field and a minimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience in training and development
Typical office environment, may travel to other campuses and overnight travel to conferences and seminars
