Reporting to the Associate Dean, you will configure modules, manage user access, monitor tickets, and collaborate with instructional designers to integrate content and technology while aligning with curriculum outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/CS/ID/EdTech or related field.
• 2–3 years of LMS experience.
• Certifications in Canvas Admin, Google Educator, or CompTIA Project+ preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with faculty and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMS implementation support for courses/rotations, student portfolios, configuring module settings, user accounts, and system upgrades.
• Create and maintain user accounts and access levels; respond to requests regarding systems access and training; monitor support tickets and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
• Maintain records/documentation related to LMS; assist with training sessions and workshops; coordinate testing updates with vendors and campus partners; serve as primary LMS inquiries contact.
• Assist with uploading course materials, assignments, schedules, examinations, and assessments; verify course content and system configurations for accuracy.
