RTX Corporate is seeking a Manager, Learning Systems & Enablement to lead the day-to-day administration of enterprise learning technology platforms from a remote location across the U.S. You will drive governance, data quality, and vendor coordination while partnering with HR Digital Technology and stakeholders to deliver migrations and AI-enabled improvements.

Competenze

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience in learning technology, HR, learning and development, enterprise systems, business analysis, or related fields, with a focus on administering and improving enterprise applications or learning platforms.
• Experience in gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and coordinating technology projects or workstreams across teams.
• Must possess necessary skills to be analytical, organizational, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills to effectively support project execution and organizational objectives.
• Demonstrated capability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.

• Oversee day-to-day administration and licensing across learning platforms.
• Maintain governance standards, data quality, catalog accuracy, and compliance requirements.
• Document platforms, stakeholders, use cases, costs, and requirements for enterprise assessments.
