Qualificações

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant work
• Experience in learning technology, HR, learning and development
• Experience gathering requirements and coordinating technology projects across teams
• Analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day administration and improvement of RTX’s learning platforms
• Ensure governance, data quality, and catalog accuracy for Workday Learning
• Coordinate migrations, integrations, and consolidation workstreams
• Support AI and automation initiatives in learning operations and analytics
• Partner with HRDT to improve reports, dashboards, and governance metrics
• Facilitate change management and user adoption activities
• Travel 10–20%
