Job summary

RTX is seeking a Manager, Learning Systems & Enablement to oversee the day‑to‑day administration of enterprise learning platforms, including Workday Learning, LinkedIn Learning, Articulate, and Synthesia. You will collaborate with HRDT to maintain compliance, governance, data quality, and adoption of new capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning technology, HR, learning and development, enterprise systems, business analysis, or related fields, with focus on administering and improving enterprise applications or learning platforms.
• Experience in gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and coordinating technology projects or workstreams across teams.
• Must possess analytical, organizational, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills to support project execution and objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day administration, access, licensing, vendor coordination, issue resolution, testing, releases, and enhancements across learning platforms.
• Execute Workday Learning governance standards, maintain data quality and course catalog accuracy, audits, and licensing/compliance support.
• Conduct discovery activities and document platforms, stakeholders, use cases, utilization, costs, integrations, and requirements for enterprise assessments.
• Deliver migration, integration, consolidation, and implementation workstreams per roadmap, coordinating requirements, plans, testing, data validation, readiness, and adoption.
• Support platform and LXP evaluations via research, vendor comparisons, RFP coordination, and capability/cost analyses.
• Execute AI and automation initiatives by assessing use cases, coordinating pilots, documenting processes, and supporting adoption.
• Partner with Workforce Intelligence and HRDT to improve reports, dashboards, data validation, utilization analysis, and governance metrics.
• Coordinate communications, documentation, job aids, training, and change management for tech changes and adoption.
• Travel up to 10–20%.
