Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience administering, supporting, or analyzing LMS, LCMS, LXP, RMS, VMS, or other enterprise learning technology platforms.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, user support, learning content deployment, maintenance, data quality, or learning technology operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support learning management tools, including system access, assignments, curricula, notifications, workflows, and routine platform maintenance.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and issue resolution for platform updates, digital learning content, integrations, and new functionality.
• Analyze learner support trends, system performance, data quality, and operational workflows to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Document business requirements, current-state and future-state processes, SOPs, testing outcomes, and support procedures for learning technology solutions.
• Partner with instructional design teams, content owners, administrators, vendors, and technology partners to ensure effective solutions and strong learner experience.
• Support proofs of concept, pilot programs, technology evaluations, and implementation activities for emerging learning tools and platform capabilities.
