Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or relevant field.
- 4+ years IT and/or business experience or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication across levels.
- Demonstrated integrity, trust and collaboration.
- Technical expertise with ability to translate business needs.
Responsibilities
- Consult with internal and/or external customers and analyze requirements.
- Plan, design and develop technology solutions that meet business needs.
- Lead projects or programs with moderate risk and resource needs.
- Provide direction and process support to less senior team members.
- Facilitate meetings with technology and business leaders to define needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs.
