Job summary

Expert Technology Services seeks a Learning & Development Business Analyst to support a large-scale LMS transformation. You will gather and document business requirements with L&D, Technology, Operations, and LMS vendors, and analyze current and future workflows.

You will identify process improvements, design scalable LMS solutions, and develop testing plans including UAT. You will validate functionality, assist with issues, and support data migration and organizational readiness for deployment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Learning & Development Business Analyst supporting a large-scale LMS transformation initiative.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development, Technology, Operations, and LMS vendors to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and document current and future-state business processes and workflows.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities through workflow analysis and time studies.
• Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement scalable LMS solutions.
• Develop and execute testing plans, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate LMS system functionality, track defects, and assist with issue resolution.
• Support data validation, migration activities, and organizational readiness for LMS deployment.
• Contribute to the development of operational processes and standard work for the new LMS environment.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure successful LMS implementation and adoption.
