Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Learning Strategy Advisor to lead end-to-end engagements with CIO/CHRO level executives, shaping strategic direction and delivering measurable outcomes across AI-enabled learning initiatives. You will craft scalable programs, oversee delivery quality, and help develop new business in Learning Performance & Innovation.

Role requires deep consulting expertise, strong executive presence, and ability to drive pricing and proposals while building trusted client

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading client engagements at senior levels, including C-suite stakeholder management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Utilities Industry.
• Fluency with generative AI platforms and applying AI tools to improve deliverables.
• Ability to design end-to-end consulting solutions with viable delivery and pricing models.
• Proven track record in business development, including proposals and RFP responses.
• Strong project management skills for multi-workstream engagements.
• Core consulting skills: structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, executive storytelling, and high-quality slides.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with senior clients.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning strategy engagements, setting strategic direction and driving measurable outcomes for clients.
• Operate at senior client levels, building trusted relationships and advancing the strategic agenda.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within accounts, contributing to proposals, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
• Design learning strategy solutions that are rigorous and commercially viable with clear business cases.
• Advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design to reposition L&D as a driver of business performance.
• Lead capability diagnostics and transformation roadmaps based on data and benchmarks.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, roles, processes, tech, and vendor ecosystems.
• Connect learning strategy to business outcomes with KPIs and analytics approaches.
• Shape and deliver agentic learning strategies embedding AI-powered performance support.
• Drive thought leadership, IP development, and go-to-market capabilities for Accenture's learning practice.
• Coach and develop managers and consultants, building a strong team culture.
