Job summary

Accenture is seeking a learning strategy consultant at the Manager level to lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements in a client-focused environment in the U.S. You will guide junior practitioners, develop stakeholder relationships, and apply structured problem-solving to translate data into actionable insights that improve business performance.

You will design AI-enabled operating models for learning and measure impact with analytics, ensuring delivery excellence and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment with strong project management skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading client engagements and managing project teams or workstreams.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Utilities Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Manage and develop junior practitioners, building capabilities and maintaining delivery standards.
• Build strong working relationships with client delivery counterparts as a reliable day-to-day partner.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving approaches to decompose learning challenges into actionable insights.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design to reposition L&D as a strategic enabler of business performance.
