The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in adult learning, with strong facilitation and classroom management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years progressive experience facilitating adult learning.
• Demonstrated skill in facilitating to maximize learning outcomes and knowledge retention.
• Ability to manage classroom timelines and adherence to training agendas.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training curriculum per facilitator guide; 50–75% of time on facilitation.
• Coordinate with recruiting to schedule classes and roster logistics.
• Address learning objectives and identify gaps during facilitation.
• Ensure venue, tools, materials, and technology are ready for sessions.
• Update content via change log and maintain evergreen training materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate training materials.
• Observe processes to stay current with business tasks.
• Administer learner evaluations to measure training effectiveness.
• Work with Learning Specialist II to revise programs and blend learning modalities.
• Monitor training activity and program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Keep up with training methodologies and industry best practices.
