Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of progressive experience with facilitating adult learning.
• Demonstrated skill in facilitation to maximize learning and/or behavioral outcomes.
• Classroom management experience and ability to adhere to training agenda.
• Demonstrated knowledge facilitating learning activities like discussion, role playing, lecture, action learning, demonstration, and/or exercise.
• Demonstrated knowledge of functional job roles that are supported by L&D (e.g., MCR I-V, Underwriting, Funding, Member Contact Center).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
• Demonstrated proficiency using learning tools and software.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on training schedule.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training curriculum per facilitator guide and training agenda; 50–75% of the role.
• Adhere to training calendars and coordinate class rosters with recruiters.
• Identify gaps in learning objectives during facilitation.
• Ensure classroom setup, venue, materials, and technology are ready for effective training.
• Update content using the L&D maintenance process and collaborate with SMEs.
