Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Developmental Trainer to partner with business units in identifying learning needs and delivering high-level training content. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate complex content concisely and logically.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions with technical experience to apply judgment and precedents.
• Experience with CSOD, LMS, and the ADDIE method is preferred.

• Ensure content and programs comply with governance guidelines through audits and reports.
• Review training metrics and feedback to evaluate learning effectiveness and support department goals.
• Stay current with learning industry trends and best practices.

Aboutthe Role:

As a CBRE Developmental Trainer, you will be responsible forpartnering with business units to identify learning needs and to provideappropriate solutions by designing, developing, and rolling out a variety ofhigh-level programs and training content.

This job is a part of the Talent, Learning & Developmentfunctional area which focuses on developing, implementing, and evaluatingemployee development plans and programs to support organizational needs.

WhatYou’ll Do:

• Createand administer training programs in three key areas: Learning Resources,Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
• Createevaluation and measurement tools for platform offerings.
• Identifyneeds and recommend smart solutions that meet CBRE learning demands. Facilitatethese updates when needed.
• Partnerwith subject matter experts to develop content and update training materials,programs, and curriculums.
• Approveand manage communication and marketing plans for new courses and trainingupdates.
• Assurethrough audits, evaluations, and reports, that all new content and learningprograms are consistently administered in compliance with governanceguidelines.
• Reviewtraining metrics and feedback to evaluate learning effectiveness that helpsdrive department goals.
• Remainup-to-date and savvy in learning industry trends, methodologies, and bestpractices and know how to put those into best practices.
• Gatherand analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with littleor no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
• Applygeneral knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures toaccomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
• Havea broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several jobdisciplines within the function.

WhatYou’ll Need:

• Bachelor’sDegree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, acombination of experience and education will be considered.
• Acomprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, andconcepts within own job function is required.
• Abilityto evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise andlogical way.
• Abilityto analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriatejudgment and precedents.
• In-depthknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strongorganizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Technicalcareer and pathway development experience; preferred.
• Advancedmath skills. Ability to calculatecomplicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-relatedcalculations.
• Intermediateskills with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), other Learning Management Systems(LMS), and the ADDIE method; preferred.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Development Trainer position is $80,000.00 annually [or $38.46 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Development Trainer position is $90,000.00 annually [or $43.27 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
