Job summary

CBRE Development Trainer in Nashville will design, develop, and roll out high‑level training content across Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations. You will partner with SMEs to keep materials current and compliant, and implement evaluation tools to measure impact.

The role focuses on leveraging LMS platforms, ADDIE methodologies, and data-driven insights to improve learning outcomes and support CBRE’s talent development strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
• Strong organizational skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) or LMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
• Create evaluation and measurement tools for platform offerings.
• Identify needs and recommend smart solutions that meet CBRE learning demands.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop content and update training materials, programs, and curriculums.
• Approve and manage communication and marketing plans for new courses and training updates.
• Audit, evaluate, and report to ensure governance compliance of new content and programs.
• Review training metrics and feedback to assess learning effectiveness.
