Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. is seeking a Learning Solutions Specialist to design and deliver engaging trainings for attorneys and staff across all offices.

The role focuses on Microsoft Office 365, adult learning principles, and AI tooling adoption including Copilot, with emphasis on practical, user-friendly materials. You will create e-learning, in-person trainings, videos, and documentation, maintain resources, and collaborate with the IT team to drive effective technology adoption throughout the

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in training and professional development.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with instructional design tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Canva.
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver New Hire training and onboarding.
• Provide individual learning solutions for Microsoft 365 and firm technology.
• Create e-learning solutions using Storyline, Camtasia, and Canva.
• Develop and maintain learning materials for applications with adult education focus.
• Build and maintain relationships via 1:1 support and learning sessions.
• Evaluate and design user experience for new technology and improve existing tools.
• Design and deliver training on Generative AI tools like Copilot, with prompting techniques.
• Create AI-friendly learning content structuring docs, videos, and e-learnings.
