Job summary

Musick, Peeler & Garrett LLP in Los Angeles is seeking an IT Training Specialist. This full-time, hourly, non-exempt role develops, implements and delivers training programs for attorneys and staff, leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve user engagement.

You will create instructor-led and digital learning content, manage the Learning Management System, support ERP systems such as Aderant, and partner with leadership to advance technology initiatives firmwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum three years’ experience in software training position in a law firm environment is preferred.
• Classroom training experience is required.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Implements training programs for attorneys and staff and prepares training materials.
• Delivers instructor-led, virtual, and pre-recorded training sessions.
• Designs and develops e-learning modules and learning content, including AI-enhanced formats.
• Maintains and administers the firm’s Learning Management System.
• Supports ERP and other software deployments and user adoption initiatives.
