Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in learning and development or related field.
• Minimum 5 years designing and delivering technology learning programs, including digital/blended formats.
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop blended learning programs (instructor-led, virtual, digital, and persona-based) to accelerate technology adoption.
• Create scalable enablement assets for just-in-time delivery across proficiency levels and stakeholder groups.
• Design role-based learning tracks and progressive pathways tailored to persona and practice group.
• Lead GenAI enablement, translating use cases and practical workflows into learning resources.
• Analyze LMS data and adoption metrics to identify gaps and demonstrate impact.
• Ensure learning programs align with firm governance and IT Learning standards.
