Quince is seeking a Learning and Quality Specialist to support the Learning & Development team. You will drive auditing, onboarding, and cross-training across PM shifts, ensuring training effectiveness and compliance.

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and coaching mindset are essential as you partner with supervisors and leadership to improve training programs and quality assurance.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years in training, facilitation, QA, or learning & development.
• Leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal).
• Strong communication skills for engaging associates and leadership.
• Ability to provide structured coaching and feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Audit trainer delivery for SOP adherence and material use.
• Provide coaching to improve trainer effectiveness and engagement.
• Own onboarding for PM shift hires with consistent delivery.
• Track training progress, productivity ramp-up, and early retention.
• Maintain onboarding dashboards and weekly leadership updates.
• Identify risks and support needs for new hires; drive improvements.
