Job summary

ElectriCities of North Carolina, Inc. is seeking an Education and Training Coordinator to develop and manage adult learning programs for members and employees.

You will coordinate Safety & Training schools, courses, and webinars, ensuring sessions run on schedule and objectives are met. In this role, you’ll partner with Educational Programs, Safety & Training, and external partners to organize materials, registrations, and post-class evaluations, while maintaining accurate records in AMS and LMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field with 3+ years’ program management experience.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Safety & Training schools, workshops, webinars, and courses on schedule.
• Prepare materials, coordinate vendors, instructors, and stakeholders.
• Support training classes from registration to completion and follow-up.
• Monitor timelines and ensure tasks stay on track.
• Maintain attendance, grading, records, and learner feedback in systems.
• Distribute student-facing materials and documentation.
• Assist with registration, invoicing inquiries, and learner questions.
• Coordinate vendor services and process invoices for facilities and materials.
• Oversee AMS processes for meetings, enrollment, training records, and invoicing.
• Maintain AMS and LMS knowledge to support course setup and data accuracy.
• Build relationships with subject matter experts and instructors.
• Assist in collecting evaluation data and support program improvements.
• Support cross-training and progressive responsibility.
• Champion learner experience and continuous improvement of processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
