Job summary

ElectriCities of North Carolina Inc. seeks an Education Programs Coordinator to manage adult learning opportunities for members and employees, coordinating Career Development and Apprenticeship Programs with Education Partners and AMS/LMS systems.

You will oversee training logistics, registrations, materials, learner feedback, and post‑class activities, building strong partnerships with subject matter experts and instructors to ensure high‑quality course delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for learner communications and stakeholder interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams, instructors, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of Safety & Training schools, workshops, webinars, and in-house training courses, ensuring sessions are organized and on schedule.
• Manage course preparation and logistics, including class setup, materials, and coordination with vendors and instructors.
• Support training classes from start to finish, including registration monitoring, session logistics, and learner communications.
• Monitor training timelines and deadlines to ensure tasks are completed on time and programs stay on track.
• Maintain attendance, grading, record retention, and collection of learner feedback in program systems.
• Oversee Association Management System (AMS) processes related to meeting setup, student enrollment, training records, and invoicing.
