Job summary

Qualifications

• Canva proficiency and Planner experience.
• REDCap experience is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning and coordinating Meharry-Vanderbilt program activities like education meetings, events, seminars, and workshops.
• Manage communications, prepare materials, coordinate logistics, and support hosting or co-hosting activities.
• Prepare informational materials and disseminate to appropriate audiences.
• Coordinate facilities and ensure logistics and materials for events and meetings.
• Provide support for Alliance activities including data collection and basic data analysis.
• Assist with drafting portions of grant proposals and project documents.
• Track program metrics, maintain data/databases, and manage basic budgets.
• Provide consistent outreach to community members; other duties as assigned.
