Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Learning Program Operations Manager (Technical Training) to lead end-to-end execution of technician curriculum programs across Service and Controls. This role blends program management with learning operations, ensuring deployment, adoption, and scale of training across field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Learning Program Management, Learning Operations or Training Delivery.
• Experience managing complex, multi-layered learning programs at scale.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of technician training programs across Service and Controls.
• Lead change management and adoption strategies to ensure program uptake.
• Oversee learning communications, webinars, and stakeholder reporting.
• Design and execute program reporting, metrics, and governance.
• Develop deployment plans, SOPs, playbooks, and job aids to standardize delivery.
• Coordinate scheduling, resources, and learner logistics with Learning Operations.
