Daikin Applied is seeking an Instructional Designer for the Daikin Learning group in Plymouth, MN. The role focuses on delivering technical HVAC education to sales and service teams and leading project design efforts.

Responsibilities include developing high-impact learning content across modalities, coordinating multiple projects, and partnering with senior team members to drive business results. Hybrid work arrangement supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning, Education, HR, or Business.
• 1-2 years of Instructional design experience.
• Experience with authoring tools and VILT/eLearning.
• Familiar with the ADDIE model.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning content that delivers performance outcomes.
• Lead design projects and direct external instructional designers on project deliverables.
• Support Sr. Instructional Designer and program managers on projects.
• Apply design processes across modalities including ILT, eLearning, and video.
