Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas Inc is seeking a Learning Program Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of technician curriculum programs across Service and Controls. The role coordinates with Learning Leadership, SMEs, and LMS/Training Operations to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include program ownership, deployment planning, governance, and ongoing communications to field leaders, technicians, and managers while enabling scalable, sustained training at Daikin

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Learning & Development, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Learning Program Management, Learning Operations, or training delivery.
• Experience managing complex, multi-layered learning programs at scale.
• Strong change management and communications strategy skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across field organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of technician training programs across Service and Controls.
• Drive deployment and engagement of learning pathways with milestones and cadences.
• Monitor learner progress and address stalls or gaps; ensure alignment with program outcomes.
• Lead change management and field adoption strategies across technicians, managers, and leadership.
• Design program reporting, analytics, and executive-level communications.
• Develop deployment plans and governance for mentorship, OJT, and technician progression.
• Coordinate with Learning Operations for scheduling, resources, and logistics.
