The role sits at the intersection of program management and learning operations, delivering scalable, measurable training across multiple pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience managing Learning Programs and Learning Operations at scale.
• Experience in technical training environments or field-based workforce development.
• Strong change management, communications strategy, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable program improvements.
• Experience with LMS/LXP systems and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of technician training programs across Service and Controls.
• Manage program plans, milestones, and multi-path learning deliveries.
• Drive adoption, engagement, and progression across technician levels.
• Monitor learner progress and address gaps with targeted interventions.
• Partner with SMEs and instructional design to ensure outcome-based programs.
• Deliver regular leadership-facing reports and governance artifacts.
