Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a Learning Program Operations Manager (Technical Training) to own end-to-end execution of technician curriculum programs across Service and Controls. The role partners with Learning Leadership, SMEs, and field teams to deliver measurable outcomes and scale programs with robust governance.

Responsibilities include deployment planning, change management, and ongoing analytics to improve program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Learning & Development, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Learning Program Management or Learning Operations.
• Experience with technical training environments or field-based workforce development.
• Experience managing complex, multi-layered learning programs at scale.
• Strong ability to manage ongoing programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Change management, communications strategy, and stakeholder management expertise.
• Experience with LMS/LXP systems, reporting tools, and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of technician training programs across Service and Controls.
• Manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, and execution cadence across multiple learning pathways.
• Drive deployment, engagement and progression across technician levels.
• Monitor learner progress and intervene when gaps exist.
• Align curriculum design with field expectations and program outcomes.
• Partner with instructional design and SMEs to drive performance-based outcomes.
• Lead change management strategy to support adoption of training programs.
• Develop plans for onboarding systems, LMS adoption and milestone strategies.
• Communicate program launches, updates, and executive reporting.
• Design and implement program reporting and analytics; translate data into insights.
• Create deployment strategies and governance models for mentorship, progression, and accountability.
