Qualifications

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and delivering programs
• Proficient with project management tools (Jira/Trello/Smartsheet)
• Strong communication via Outlook/Teams
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and automate
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Clear, concise communicator with stakeholders
• Analytical mindset using data to inform decisions
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization

Responsibilities

• Triage and intake new learning requests, evaluate scope and value
• Maintain and update learning programs with lean approach
• Manage end-to-end projects with simple plans
• Administer programs in LMS, track progress and compliance
• Communicate with stakeholders using Outlook and Teams
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks and streamline workflows
• Monitor program performance and resource usage for cost-efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement across learning operations
