Job summary

Southwest Airlines is seeking a Sr Manager for Floor Operations Portfolio & Delivery in a hybrid role. Based in Boise with heavy travel to Dallas, you will lead the operations portfolio, manage multiple programs, and deliver strategic ground operations initiatives.

You will mentor teams, drive executive-level presentations, and align portfolio governance with PMO/LPM requirements, ensuring prioritization and transparency across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; strong portfolio/program management experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring; ability to present at executive levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and deliver.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; build cross-functional alliances.

Responsibilities

• Manage floor Operations portfolio and delivery of projects and programs.
• Lead meetings and presentations to leadership levels, including executives and VPs.
• Define and execute the department's strategic plans in alignment with PMO and LPM.
• Ensure governance, prioritization, and health monitoring of the portfolio.
